how early are you talking? i’d say 40 and above is the normal rate.. usually it’s in the genes whether you will get it early or late.
on the other hand, if you’re a teenager and you’re worried about you’re period not coming for a month or 2.. well that’s also normal since it need 3 years to fully stabilize.
