My friend had success taking black cohosh, I think under the brand name Remifen. It’s an herbal compound, no drugs. Soy is supposed to be good, too. Or you can ask your doctor for a low-dose hormone replacement. They say cut out caffeine, too.

This type of problem is usually caused by dairy and other food intake that has hormones added.

AGAIN,,,,STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR AND CAFFIENE!!! IF YOU NOTICE, AFTER YOU EAT SUCH STUFF, NOT TO LONG AFTER THAT YOU WILL START GETTING THE HOTFLUSHES. THERE ARE MEDS THAT WOMAN CAN TAKE, BUT I DIDN’T BECAUSE I HEARD THAT THEY TEST IT ON HORSES AND OTHER ANIMALS. ALSO, i HAVE A BLOOD CONDITION , SO i CAN’T ANYWAY. AGAIN, THE BEST SOURCE IS A PHONE CALL TO THE DRUGGIST OR THE DOC. TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE AFRAID TO ASK THEIR PHARMACIST QUESTIONS. YEARS AGO THEY USE TO REPLACE THE DOCTOR WHEN THE DOCTORS WEREN’T AVAILABLE, IT IS PART OF THEIR JOB TO GIVE YOU SOME MINIMAL ADVICE.
