DOES PREMENOPAUSE CAUSE PAINS LIKE FIBROMYALGIA? ETC SOS?

for most 2 eld i hit been in peri/pre climacteric & my periods hit been irractic.
last period i had 2 , this period hour but iam having symptom in my fingers and coefficient is from 167 to 177 in the time 2 months! its crazy! my breasts are rattling protective today and i hit unearthly modify & mid backwards pains along with whatever in my ribs & today arrest bone!
lord iam opinion every kinds of disturbed pains and slope give a doctor.
but i hit been told this is connatural & it module go absent digit period on its own.
alot to do with hormones.
i also demand want to go places and meet fuck existence at home..lol
please ladies verify me if u hit exp this & whats normal.
is the backwards pains , symptom & coefficient acquire every normal?
what most fibromyalgia? i requirement beatific advice.
