DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A HEALTHY DIET?

Posted on 02. Jun, 2010 by admin in health

Lately I’ve been disagreeable to take better, but I’m not a mortal that crapper wager things from the exclusive so what do you think?

By the artefact I’m a rattling fastidious consumer : [

Breakfast-usually a diminutive render of OJ or concentrate (about half serving), a diminutive apple and perhaps a swing of mallow or a cheesestick, a cereal roll with a lowercase butter and a lowercase creamcheese
Lunch-school meal (usually a change for me, with turkey, lettuce, cheese, a lowercase mayo, and whatever pickles, cheesestick, and dish on the lateral along with a abstract of 2 proportionality drink milk)
afterschool-i essay to hit a flooded bringing of concentrate or OJ, added peice of mallow (its so cushy to clutch from the fridge) and a diminutive apple
supper- mom and i dont take unitedly that ofttimes cod to shceduales, but we run to same salads, cowardly sandwiches, homespun dish so we crapper opt the beatific sauce and cheese, or subs (wheat of course)
before bed-usually a roll or diminutive sandwich

does this good pretty healthy? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

you do know what anemia is?

if not.. keep this diet going… you’ll soon find out.

(two key words here… “well” and “balanced”.)

It sounds like you need a little more variety in your diet.

Sounds pretty healthy to me , probably better than most people so keep at it and if you would like to know if its balanced enough then have your mom set up an appt. with a nutritionist so you both can get a better idea of what the best diet is for the both of you. I commend you for taking the initiative to try and eat healthy and your mom for doing so also. keep it up and you will probably out live us all.

Your doing very well, except I would add a few more veggies. You could try adding them on your pizza, or with a chicken dish(casserole) Beans of any kind are excellent in the diet for fiber… Baked beans, lima, pinto, green, yellow. I know kids don’t much care for them… well how about adding a good choice cereal in your diet, Special K.. It also comes with chocolate. Another great addition for you healthy eating is Yogurt!! It is soo good for our bodies in many ways. The yeast helps deter infection, and helps our digestive track.
Thee last suggestion I would have for you is to add more juices in your diet. Apple, cranberry(plain or strawberry, grape etc.) apricot, anything that appeals to you just be sure it says 100% juice or your not getting the full benefits of the juice.
Juicy juice makes all kinds of flavors that are 100% juice.

too much fat ….limit cheese to once a day. Try this:
Breakfast…instant oatmeal or half bagel with fruit spread, (less sugar ) glass of 2 percent milk
Lunch….sub is good on wheat bread if possible, lite mayo or none at all, no pickle , apple and milk (chocolate has sugar) stay away from as much fried stuff as possible. eat fruit whenever available, fish and chicken best choices if baked.
afterschool….grapes or apple, juice, small piece of cheese
Dinner……salad, w/ chicken breast, (baked or grilled) no breading, lite dressing, sugar free. baked potato, baked fries, steamed veges, (your favorites) low fat dressings, limit butter intake but don’t rule it out. no more than 3 tablespoons a day.
bedtime snack……banana with milk, very filling and bananas will help you sleep (better than turkey on Thanksgiving) or gramham crackers w/ milk
hope this helps, let me know. and of course drink water, it fills you up plus keeps your skin and body hydrated as well as your hair.

Yes, but try to cut out cheese to about one cheese item, only because cheese sticks are usually reconstituted. Also try not to eat before bed, it is very bad for your digestion. And don’t eat so much after school, try just a banana and water or a apple and water, any kind of fruit.
