That’s just PMS symptoms. Or you could be pregnant.

Sounds like you have a virus. Maybe the flu. It’s not menopause.

It sounds more like PMS. I go through the same symptoms around that time of the month.

This is very rare to have the menopause at such an early age…Maybe you should see you doctor just to make sure it is the menopause and then ask him/her if there is anyway to Delay it a bit

It’s time to check with your doctor, also could you be pregnant or for you those may be part of your menstral cycle symptoms?

You could be having PMS. It causes all those symptoms sometimes. The hot/cold feeling could be a fever. Also a symptom of PMS.

your symptoms are hormonally based, but not menopause….PMS.

If you have been traveling to countries that have a warm or hot climate I would guess that you might have dengue fever or malaria.

Those are not menopause symptoms so see your doc and find out what is going on.

There seems to be a rising occurrence of hormonal imbalance in young women around your age. The symptoms correlate with early onset menopause- temperature imbalance, inability to ovulate, irritability, etc.

You are too young to get onto hormone medicated pharmaceuticals, so I suggest you look for an herbal remedy that will help abbrogate these ill effects. Once you actually give birth, your body like all subjects who’ve done so will resume normal function. I’ll look up some specifics and post as comments after the question ends or if I can edit when I return.

Maybe your thyroid is low performing (balances your hormones)….and maybe your thryoid isn’t working properly because of pinched nerves from your back…pinching the nerves that run to your thyroid.
Maybe you need to have it checked to see if you need to be on thyroid meds….If you do….I would recommend Armour….it is natural…not synthetic. Good luck.

The symptoms that you listed can be caused by many things. You could just be tired and stressed or it could be more serious. Go see the doctor. Have your thyroid checked to see if your hormones are off, have them check your iron to see if you are anemic, etc.

    See a doctor….Good Luck!

Don’t discount menopause, it is known to come start early for some women and even earlier for others. Since I was a young girl I worried I would pass though menopause early like 2 other women in my family one at 28 and the other at 22. I even have been going though since I was 21, so you should check with a doctor if you continue to question yourself because know one knows like the doctor.

It’s unlikely menopause, or even hormonal, except possible the moodiness.

Back can hurt when menstrating or ovulating.

Try some PMS remedies, Oil of Evening Primrose, Chaste Tree Berry and bladderwrack.

I would get to a doctor on that immediately. I am familiar with a young woman who actually did go through the change in her early 20s–it could have been prevented–but she didn’t go to a doctor in time.

    Be well.

    Honestly-
It could be anything. Rule everything else out first and then look into the menopause if symptoms persist, because Yes it is possible. I myself got it at 21 and it continues on. That’s early menopause for ya.
