For the terminal assemblage or so I’ve exclusive had a punctuation most every 2-3 months, and today I’ve not had a punctuation for over 5 months. I’m having reddened blistering flashes and sweats. Do I hit anything to vexation most or I’m I on a connatural course? I don’t see that bad. Just astonishment if I should be concerned.

That sounds like the normal onset of menopause. If you experience anything you are uncomfortable with, consult your doctor. No sense in taking unnecessary risks with your health.

actually sounds like what I have had going on and I guess from what other women have told me we are lucky. My doc says all is well and that for me it will not apparently be difficult

Sounds like you are peri menopausal. You have to go a full year without your period to be menopausal. You sound like you are right on target. The average age for menopause is 51.

I wouldn’t worry unless the period you do have is very heavy. You are peri menopausal. Welcome to my world!

no you are normal. this happens when you are hitting menopause. your number of periods is lower and occurs less frequently up until you have no more ovaries to pass. when you have no more ovaries you will no longer have a period.

Its likely a normal course. However, anytime your body goes through changes you should always talk with your doctor.
She/he will likely do a blood test to check your hormone levels and a physical would be a good idea as well.
Health food stores are also a good place to go to… your body will need some vitamins. As well, Evening Primrose Oil (over time) can help with hot flashes. Another tip is to keep a clean shirt in your car, a spray bottle of plain water (to help cool you down) and baby wipes to wipe away any sweat and/or cool you down.
Dietary changes may help as well to ease the symptoms one gets during menopause… a Nutritionist is a good person to see and your doctor can refer you to one.
