I am not sure of any natural herbs that help. But, bioidentical hormone replacement is the same thing. I just went to the compounding pharmacy and asked for a referral of a doctor that would prescribe bioidentical hormones and do the testing for me. I did a saliva test and the doctor prescribed bioidentical progesterone for me. It helps a little but I am going back for some testosterone too. I hope this helps.
