im 14 and i poverty to trial on x-factor when i am 16.
i hit been told your not questionable to dring loads of effervescent humour & take lots of sweets and stuff.

    Well the day of performances, drinking lots and lots of water is a good idea. Milk is bad, so is pop… anything sugary or fizzy. As far as a day to day diet. A good healthy diet for a singer is the same as a good healthy diet for anyone. Make sure to eat your veggies and fruit and enjoy whatever foods you like, just in moderation.

    You should eat a lot of fresh and raw food, sine it usually makes one look better and always feel better.
    I think you should only eat sweets on moderation or try alternatives.
    Lots of sweets and fizzy juice is going to make your body acidic over time and it causes weight gain.
