It’s true that every female is born with all the eggs (or “follicles” which are basically immature eggs) that she will ever have, but this is thousands, way more than any woman could ever use in a lifetime. Menopause is caused by the reproductive system shutting down, not by a depletion of eggs in a woman’s body.

For a woman with two ovaries, the ovaries alternate in releasing an egg each menstrual cycle–an egg from one ovary one month, and an egg from the other the next month and so forth. So each ovary only releases an egg every other cycle. In your case, that means that you only release an egg every other cycle. Should you desire to get pregnant, you will have fewer chances to conceive but many women conceive with one ovary, so don’t worry too much about it. You will not go into menopause early because of it.
